Your experience is public. Your evidence isn’t.
Beta privacy notice. This describes the current product; the operator must finalize contact details, retention periods, and production disclosures before public launch.
What is public
Your display name, review, rating, experience date, optional batch reference, verification label, and business replies are public. You may use a pseudonym. Do not put personal information into public review fields.
What stays private
Your account email, order references used for verification, supporting receipts, correspondence, and uploaded lab reports stay outside public profiles. Evidence files are accessible to you and authorized moderators through short-lived download links. Vendors see invitation status and order references for their own store, but cannot access your private evidence.
Why we store it
We use account information for sign-in, order records for review invitations and verification, and evidence for moderation. We keep an audit trail of review edits and moderation decisions. Reviews are never sold a higher score.
Email preferences
Each review invitation includes an opt-out. Opting out stops invitations from that supplier, including future orders. It does not delete reviews you have published.
Local beta data
The local development version uses fictional vendors and test accounts. Local emails are captured in a development inbox rather than delivered to external recipients. Do not upload real personal documents to a shared demo account.
Before public launch
Account deletion, evidence retention and deletion schedules, operator contact information, and a complete production privacy policy must be finalized before accepting real users.
