Trust & transparency

Trust, with the workings shown.

Independent by design

No payments for higher ratings, favorable moderation, or preferred placement. Founding vendors follow the same rules as everyone else.

Verification you can understand

Purchase verified means an order connection or checked purchase document. Experience verified means supporting correspondence was checked. Neither badge certifies product quality.

A complete conversation

Reviews publish after basic checks. Vendors can respond in public. Reporting a review does not automatically hide it.

Evidence stays private

Receipts and supporting files are accessible to their submitter and authorized moderators. Vendors cannot browse reviewer evidence.

How the score works

We take the arithmetic average of all eligible, published overall ratings and show it to one decimal place. Each reviewer contributes one current review per vendor. Editing a review updates that contribution and preserves its previous versions privately.

Verified and unverified reviews carry equal weight. Removed reviews do not contribute to the score; flagged reviews remain eligible while published. Historical third-party imports are not part of the native score.

Highest-rated discovery requires at least five published reviews. We sort by rating, then review count. Other profiles remain searchable, including those with no reviews. Widgets use the complete score and may take up to two minutes to reflect a change.

Service-specific ratings

Customer service, delivery, and documentation are optional ratings with their own response counts. An unanswered question is not a zero. These categories do not change the overall rating. Category-based discovery filters require at least five responses and a category average of four or higher.

Where reviews come from

People can submit a review independently or follow an order-linked invitation. “Invited” describes the collection method; verification describes the evidence. A purchase is not required to describe a genuine service interaction.

How moderation works

Basic checks cover account confirmation, required details, duplicate submissions, and abuse limits. Simple rules flag potential issues for human review. Moderators record reasons for decisions, and authors can appeal a removal from their account. Payment and vendor relationships play no role.

Website verification has a specific meaning

A claim token installed on a site, a DNS record, or an independently checked manual claim establishes website control. It does not establish legal business ownership or endorse the supplier’s products.
